You don't have to do it alone.
Imagine waking up with a clear mind, a calm body, and the confidence of knowing that food no longer controls you. Picture yourself moving through the day free from the shame, the fear, and the exhaustion of obsession with control.
Feel your energy return where depletion once ruled. Recovery through The Pulse Project doesn’t just change what’s on your plate—it changes how you pray, how you think, and how you live. I know because this is the life I now enjoy.
Food addiction and bulimia no longer dictate my worth, my body is stronger and safer, and my faith has deepened into a daily anchor. This is the freedom that is waiting for you, one that nourishes you from the bones out.
You’ve lost hope and can’t see a solution to why you use food to cope.

Does this sound like you?

Food feels like a prison and a quiet torture that you hide from the world.
You feel like no one truly understands this battle.
You put on a mask of control, but inside is pure chaos.

Steph is a skilful practitioner and has become a trusted part of both my self care and medical care team.I cannot recommend Steph enough! It has been a life-changing or, more accurately, life-improving experience!
—J. Tuman

Here's what you'll learn
Let's break it down
Students will be able to describe the structure of the program, reflect on their “why” and their level of readiness, set expectations for the work ahead, and commit to a personalized rhythm of prayer, honesty, and willingness as they embark on their recovery journey.
Students will be able to articulate the focus and purpose of this module, identify key mindset shifts for spiritual discipline, and prepare to engage with the practice of daily prayer.
Students will be able to develop a food plan based on scientific understanding and personal patterns, and explain the rationale for removing specific addictive substances. They will also understand the concept of powerlessness and recognize that God can do for them what they cannot do for themselves.
Students will be able to identify root wounds and past experiences that have contributed to disordered eating patterns, using frameworks from addiction recovery and trauma theory.
Students will be able to explain how food addiction affects the brain and identify specific Catholic practices that support neurological healing and spiritual renewal, applying them to interrupt addictive patterns and reinforce recovery.
Students will be able to engage in a structured letter-writing process as a tool for healing, by expressing compassion, grief, and forgiveness through unsent letters to themselves, others, and God, integrating Catholic teachings and psychological insight.
Students will be able to deepen their understanding of the Catholic sacraments in regular reception and reflection of these sacramental gifts, and sustainable spiritual rhythms that support their recovery journey through grace, mercy, and redemptive healing. Students will learn about the saints who struggled with addiction and temptation and how to use them as guides on their own journeys.
Students will be able to understand the role of humility, honesty, and daily reflection in sustained recovery, practice the Examination of Conscience and Daily Examen consistently, and build a daily spiritual rhythm rooted in Catholic tradition that fosters awareness of self, exploration of amends and forgiveness, and maintaining a lasting transformation. Students will learn the importance of body movement in recovery and how to approach exercise from a balanced and realistic standpoint.
Students will be able to articulate their transformation, reaffirm key routines and practices that support recovery, evaluate and recommit to their spiritual anchors, and design a personalized Rhythm of Life (ROL) document that sustains their long-term healing and freedom.

The Ember Loft is an online monthly subscription membership to an exclusive private recovery community of women housed right in its own app that is easily accessible through a desktop or smartphone.
The Ember Loft is a haven away from the chaos of life where women can find their footing, regroup during a hectic day, and find inspiration and encouragement as they navigate the ups and downs of living a life in recovery.
You know the cycle.
The endless “I’ll start stopping on Mondays” that leave you feeling defeated by noon,
The late-night binges you swear will never happen again,
The painful purging that robs you of relationships and joy,
The shame so heavy you can barely pray,
The hiding, the secrecy, the deceit, the feeling that no one could possibly understand,
And worst of all?
That hollow ache in your chest that whispers, “Is this all my life will ever be?”
It doesn’t have to be.
The Ember Loft was created for this very moment.

Ember loft was created for
For the woman on her knees, begging God for freedom.
For the woman who knows recovery’s got to be deeper than just willpower alone, that it must be founded on grace and rooted in truth.
For the woman plagued by loneliness and thirsty for community.
Inside The Ember Loft, the bleakness of desperation meets the pinhole ray of hope.
Instead of another lonely night stuck in the binge/purge/restrict cycle, you’ll join weekly live gatherings where women who know exactly what you’re carrying share their stories as they refuse to let you walk alone. Women who have been where you are, on your knees, behind the closed doors, inside the locked bathrooms, the empty pantries.
This isn’t a luxury
It’s survival
Because every day in the cycle is a day stolen from your health, your joy, your purpose, your communion with God.
The Ember Loft is not just a community.
It’s your lifeline.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign that God sees you, that He hears your cries, that He has not abandoned you—this is it
Step inside.
Let the embers catch
And watch your life ignite again
After 3 months, you have the option to subscribe to The Ember Loft for a monthly fee of $48.00.

What makes The Pulse Project different:

So many programs try to manage food addiction with willpower or practices that don’t align with the science behind brain responses to certain foods and ingredients. I know first hand that willpower and intermittent exposure alone do not work. I also know about the scientific evidence that points to certain foods which make it nearly impossible to recover when left in the diet. What works is structure, an honest look at what is creating the pull of this strong cycle, and surrender to the unique purpose for which God has created for you.

The Pulse Project is built on five pillars:
-
P – Plan of Eating and Prayer
-
U – Uncovering past wounds and Understanding the brain
-
L - Letters to Self, God and others and Literature to aid the process
-
S – Sacraments as the real medicine and Saints who struggled with addiction
-
E – Examination of Conscience, Examen, and a healthy approach to Exercise

These pillars aren’t just a once and done. They are a roadmap to a complete lifestyle overhaul where women learn to put God at the center as they let Him heal them from the bones out. Recovery is possible. It is sustainable. And it is beautiful. The Pulse Project is your answer to a new Rhythm of Life. Invite the Lord to walk with you and let’s begin.
My invitation to you
If you've been praying for a way out, I want you to know there is hope. I've lived through the darkness of food addiction and found the light of recovery.
I know the suffering intimately—the bathroom floor tears, hiding my pain from others, the deception to get my next fix, the cycles of binging, purging, restricting, and overexercising.
Yet through it all, by God's grace, I've lived. On purpose for a purpose.
God allowed me to fall completely so that my only option was to look up at Him. When I let go of food and self-harm, my empty hands could finally reach for His.
"His yoke is easy and His burden is light."
This invitation comes not just from me, but from Him. He wants you. He delights in you. YOU are His BELOVED DAUGHTER.
This is not a diet. It's a resurrection. The Divine Physician awaits your invitation.
"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly."
John 10:10

"Start by doing what is necessary, then what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible."
- St. Francis of Assisi
