... there's more!

Stephanie’s massive and delightfully unexpected conversion to the Catholic faith was the direct result of her own personal recovery from bulimia and food addiction, and it is this experience that posits her as a leading expert in her community for those looking to heal from the painful destructive nature of these illnesses.

Her cutting edge signature recovery program, The Pulse Project, was born from an observed need within the faith community for a sound neuroscientific and faith based approach to healing from food addiction and disordered eating. Stephanie maintains an online group coaching community called The Ember Loft, which welcomes women who are seeking accountability and support from likeminded members as they navigate their recovery journey through The Pulse Project program.

I consider it an honor to walk alongside and assist those seeking long term balanced health and wholeness.

Why I do what I do?

What makes me different:

I bridge the gap between eastern and western medicine in order to achieve more precise diagnoses of complex conditions.

I believe in the innate ability of the body to heal itself with accurately guided assistance.

What I believe in:

  1. naturally empathetic and compassionate.

  2. use scientific and faith based approaches

  3. lived wisdom and experience

3 Key attributes my clients love about me:
